Anne’s debut book, Data Protection in Kenya: Case Law, is a concise reference guide to key data protection decisions made by the High Court and Office of the Data Protection Commissioner in Kenya. As a recognized thought leader, Anne is also a distinguished speaker and trainer, frequently leading workshops and seminars on data privacy and corporate compliance. She holds an Bachelor of Laws degree (LLB) from the University of Nairobi and an LL.M. in Corporate and Insolvency Law from Nottingham Trent University.
